RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL:
This position involves performing engineering work requiring application of standard or well-defined techniques and procedures while maintaining knowledge of standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related engineering tasks.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
Key contact person for capacity & Industrial planning as well as Labor timing Creating and maintaining Long -Term capacity chat. Creating and Defining shift model. Solicit alignment/ approval with leadership team. Responsible for creating/ maintaining workbooks (Yamazumi/Spaghetti Diagram) Validating the routings (labor time) in SAP based on MODAPTS Responsible to deploy headcount and efficiency targets to Ops teams Vs volumes- monthly industrial planning. Optimize material flow/racks inside department (production area) Collaborate with ME to verify layouts are compliant to safety, quality material and people requisites. Approve and release workstation based on ergonomics requirement Assess workstation conditions- EAWS / Blue card (ergonomic assessment worksheet) Other duties may be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent combined education and experience.
Experience in the HVAC industry preferred.
Proficiency in a Windows operating environment, including Outlook, Microsoft Office software and MATLab software.
Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making ability.
Effective and professional communication and organization skills.
Self-starter with demonstrated skills to meet and exceed the objectives of time-bounded projects.
