Job Summary:
We are seeking an entry level, results-driven Industrial Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance operational efficiency. In this role, you will analyze production systems, design workflows, and implement solutions to improve productivity, reduce costs, and ensure high-quality outputs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will apply engineering principles, lean methodologies, and data analysis to drive continuous improvement and support the achievement of organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Developing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades.
· Reviewing production processes, specifications, and related information.
· Designing production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
· Design control systems to minimize costs and production issues, create and maintain required manufacturing process documentation, including process flow charts, capacity and utilization. studies, time and motion studies, standard work, cycle time analysis and line balancing.
· Develop design and production standards in cooperation with management and user personnel.
· Prepare material and equipment lists, cost analyses and estimated production costs, including make or buy strategy.
· Design the layout of facilities and determine personnel requirements.
· Design production operation instruction.
· Train staff in new processes and provide instructions and manuals.
· Drive major projects according to a company strategy in cooperation with management and user personnel.
· KPI’s reporting.
· Produce nesting programs for laser cutting and punching machines to increase material efficiencies and reduce scrap recycling costs.
· Create and optimize new machine programs and assist operators with programming issues and troubleshooting.
