Qualifications:

-Bachelor's Degree

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement (CI) and Lean Manufacturing (flexible based on overall experience

-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel

-Strong communication

-Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred
