Job Title: Embroidery Associate

Job Summary

The Embroidery Associate is responsible for operating embroidery machines to customize apparel and other textile products according to customer orders and company standards. This role ensures high-quality stitching, accurate design placement, and timely completion of production tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate computerized embroidery machines to produce logos, designs, and lettering on garments and accessories
• Load and position garments correctly on embroidery hoops or frames
• Select and set up thread colors, machine settings, and design files as required
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Perform basic machine maintenance such as cleaning, threading, and troubleshooting minor issues
• Review order specifications to ensure correct design placement and customer requirements are met
• Maintain production speed while meeting quality standards and deadlines
• Organize and track work orders in coordination with production or supervisor teams
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
