A Typical Work Day May Include
- Perform complex preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced automation, control, and equipment failures and determine corrective actions.
- Modify or implement logic and programming changes on computer‑controlled systems with direction.
- Support installation, upgrades, and commissioning of new or modified equipment and automation systems.
- Use advanced diagnostic tools and interpret technical documentation to resolve recurring or complex issues.
- Document completed work, findings, and recommendations while supporting continuous improvement efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Minimal two years of experience performing electro‑mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting in an industrial environment.
- Experience working across multiple systems including mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English to document work, explain technical issues, and support others.
- Ability to work indoors/outdoors, including at heights (4 feet and above), while performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, bending, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Availability to work flexible schedules including overtime, weekends, holidays, or rotating shifts.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience designing or modifying PLC logic, controls, or automation programs independently.
- Experience leading complex troubleshooting efforts or diagnosing recurring equipment failures.
- Experience supporting or mentoring other electro‑mechanical or maintenance technicians.
- Working knowledge of reliability practices, root cause analysis, or continuous improvement tools.
