Industrial Electrician Opportunity – Growing Manufacturing Company | Itasca, IL

We are partnering with a well-established industrial manufacturing company in the Itasca, IL area that is experiencing significant growth and is looking to add multiple Industrial Electricians to their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with over 100 years of industry experience that is expanding rapidly due to major new projects and increased demand.

The company specializes in designing and manufacturing custom industrial systems and equipment, with a growing focus on large-scale infrastructure and data center projects. Due to continued growth, they are adding six electricians across multiple experience levels to support their expanding operations.

This is a great opportunity for electricians who enjoy hands-on machine wiring, troubleshooting, automation, and working on custom-built equipment.

What You'll Do

• Install, wire, and troubleshoot electrical systems for custom industrial equipment and enclosures

• Perform machine wiring, control panel wiring, and PLC-related wiring

• Install and bend conduit for industrial applications

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams

• Troubleshoot electrical systems including motors, drives, sensors, relays, and controls

• Work with automated machinery and industrial electrical systems

• Support project timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards

• Collaborate with enclosure builders and other manufacturing teams to complete projects

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Industrial Electrician experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (junior-level candidates may be considered)

• Experience with machine wiring, enclosure wiring, or panel building

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics

• Strong troubleshooting skills with industrial electrical systems

• Experience with PLC wiring and automation equipment preferred

• Familiarity with 480V 3-phase systems preferred

• Comfortable working independently with limited supervision

Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Compensation:

$25–$32/hr depending on experience

Contract-to-hire opportunity (6 months)
