We are currently hiring for Day and Night shifts:
Day: M-Th | 7 am - 530 pm
Night: M-Th | 5 pm - 330 am
Overtime is available for each shift
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Install switchgear and electrical components into custom‑built metal equipment centers
Plan layouts and install wiring, electrical fixtures, and control equipment such as switches, relays, and circuit breakers
Read, interpret, and follow electrical drawings and engineered designs to meet customer specifications
Perform electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and testing as required
Use hand tools and power tools to complete electrical installations safely and efficiently
Follow NEC code requirements and company electrical standards
Operate forklifts and material‑handling equipment as needed
Adhere to OSHA safety requirements, including Lockout/Tagout and electrical testing procedures
Communicate effectively with team members and provide direction when needed
Work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions, including extreme temperatures
YOU HAVE:
In‑depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
Experience installing and working with electrical systems, wiring, and control equipment
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
Proficiency using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, grinders, and saws
Knowledge of OSHA safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout
Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to lift and move materials (up to 100 lbs)
Willingness to work in extreme temperatures indoors and outdoors
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical field or as an Electrical Helper
