NOW HIRING: INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIANS
Entry-Level to Senior Industrial Electricians
Location: 531 Old Swede Road – Douglassville, PA 19518 (No remote work available)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00AM–1:30PM | Full-time on-site
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate starting at $24 to $45/hour based on experience, skills, and market data. Compensation will align with demonstrated industrial electrical experience, conduit fabrication skills, troubleshooting ability, and the ability to work independently.
If you’re someone who takes pride in your electrical work, values safety, and can operate independently while continuing to build your skills, this role will feel like a natural fit.
At American Crane & Equipment Corporation (ACECO), we're hiring Industrial Electricians at multiple experience levels, from individuals beginning their industrial electrical careers to highly experienced electricians capable of independently wiring, troubleshooting, and commissioning complex electrical systems.
If you take pride in clean electrical work, enjoy hands-on manufacturing, and appreciate the craftsmanship involved in building custom equipment, you'll feel right at home here.
One of the core skills in this role is bending, threading, and installing rigid conduit. Whether you're continuing to develop that skill or already consider it one of your strengths, you'll have opportunities to apply and expand your expertise on every project.
You won't get lost here. Your work will be seen, and it will matter.
What This Role Really Is
This is a hands-on industrial electrical role focused on building custom overhead cranes, hoists, and engineered lifting systems.
You'll spend your time wiring equipment, installing motors and control systems, fabricating and installing rigid conduit, reading electrical drawings, and troubleshooting electrical systems in a manufacturing environment where every project is different.
This is not repetitive production wiring. Success requires craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to think through electrical installations rather than simply repeating the same task every day.
