If you’re someone who takes pride in your electrical work, values safety, and can operate independently while continuing to build your skills, this role will feel like a natural fit.

At American Crane & Equipment Corporation (ACECO), we’re looking for a hands-on industrial electrician to work on custom crane and hoist systems where quality, precision, and reliability matter. This is not repetitive production wiring—this is real electrical work on engineered equipment.

We build equipment where precision, safety, and craftsmanship matter—this is work our team takes pride in.

You won’t get lost here—your work will be seen, and it will matter.

What This Role Really Is

This is a hands-on industrial electrical role—you’ll spend most of your time installing, wiring, and troubleshooting electrical systems on custom equipment, working in a manufacturing environment, and being accountable for safe, accurate, and high-quality electrical work.

Who Thrives Here (and Who Doesn’t)

You’ll do well here if you:

  • Take ownership of your work and follow through without being chased
  • Take pride in clean, accurate electrical installations
  • Work safely and follow established procedures and codes

This role is likely not a fit if you:

  • Prefer repetitive or low-skill electrical work
  • Need constant direction before taking action
  • Cut corners on quality or safety to move faster

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • Learn ACECO electrical standards, systems, and safety procedures
  • Become comfortable reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics
  • Independently complete standard electrical installations with accuracy
  • Begin troubleshooting routine electrical issues with minimal guidance
  • Build working relationships with electricians, engineers, and supervisors

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

Team Collaboration
