Job Description

Are you an experienced Industrial Electrician with a strong background in troubleshooting production equipment, PLCs, motors, controls, and electrical systems? We are seeking a skilled professional to help maintain and improve the reliability of our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical issues on production and industrial equipment
• Diagnose and repair control circuits, electrical panels, motors, sensors, and related components
• Troubleshoot and maintain 480V electrical systems
• Perform electrical repairs and component replacements as needed
• Support production by responding quickly to equipment breakdowns
• Conduct preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation systems
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and OSHA standards
• Document repairs and maintenance activities

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience working with PLCs, controls, motors, electrical panels, and production equipment
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Knowledge of 480V industrial electrical systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Preferred Background

Candidates who have spent significant time troubleshooting and maintaining production equipment, controls, PLCs, motors, electrical panels, and control circuits in an industrial manufacturing environment will be highly successful in this role.

• Ability to move throughout a manufacturing plant
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, crouching, reaching, and climbing as required
• Ability to access and troubleshoot equipment in confined or difficult-to-reach areas
• Ability to lift tools and electrical components as needed
