**Shift: **3rd, 10pm-6am, but able to work all shifts

**Pay: **$38.89/hr

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to support maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience working with industrial electrical systems up to 480V, VFDs, motor controls, and preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical equipment and machinery.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems.
  • Diagnose issues involving motors, drives, relays, breakers, photo eyes, transformers, and control circuits.
  • Install, replace, and troubleshoot VFDs and electrical motors.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and ladder diagrams.
  • Bend conduit, pull wire, and terminate electrical wiring.
  • Perform Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and maintain Arc Flash safety standards.
  • Complete maintenance work orders and document repairs using CMMS.
  • Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and process improvements.
  • Work alongside maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment up to 480V.
  • Hands-on experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
  • Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • **PLC **experience is preferred.
  • Welding experience (MIG/Stick preferred, TIG is a plus).
  • Active Powered Industrial Trucks Certification.

You should be proficient in:

  • Electrical / Electronic Systems
  • Electrical Schematic Reading

Machines & technologies you'll use:

  • Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
  • Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) (Allen Bradley, Siemens)
