  • Tight-knit off-shift team with a lot of autonomy

This role requires someone comfortable working independently, as there is minimal supervision on 3rd shift.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years (ideally 3–5+) of industrial/manufacturing electrical experience
  • Strong experience with 480V, 3-phase systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and work with VFDs
  • Solid understanding of NEC codes
  • Experience reading electrical schematics, ladder logic, and drawings
  • Comfortable working in a dusty, loud, heavy industrial environment
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to “hit the ground running”

  • Initial training will take place on 1st shift for approximately 1–3 months (depending on experience)
  • Mandatory overtime: rotating Saturdays (typically 1–2 per month)
  • Some holidays required (rotating schedule, premium pay)
