We are looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and production equipment to keep the facility running safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems and production equipment
- Diagnose electrical issues using meters, test equipment, and electrical schematics
- Work with 480V, 240V, 120V, and 24V electrical systems
- Troubleshoot 3-phase motors, motor controls, starters, and contactors
- Install and troubleshoot electrical wiring, conduit, sensors, switches, and components
- Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, photo eyes, proximity sensors, and other controls
- Perform preventive and predictive electrical maintenance
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
- Troubleshoot control panels and electrical cabinets
- Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades
- Respond to electrical breakdowns and minimize production downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Industrial Electrician or Electrical Technician
- Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with 480V 3-phase electrical systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Experience troubleshooting motors, controls, and electrical components
- Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and motor controls
- Comfortable using a multimeter and other electrical test equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to equipment issues
- Reliable attendance and strong safety mindset
