Industrial Electrician – $34.95 per hour – Silgan Containers – Plover WI**

Silgan Containers is hiring a full-time Industrial Electrician for our Plover Wisconsin plant. This is the perfect opportunity for electricians with some experience or a technical degree who want to grow in a manufacturing environment.

Pay and Schedule

• Starting pay: $34.95 per hour

• 12 hour rotating shifts, 4 to 5 days on and 4 to 5 days off

• Rotate between days and nights each month

• Full work schedule for the entire year provided on day one

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical systems

• Learn to install and wire motors, switch panels, and power circuits

• Support preventative maintenance activities

• Work with experienced electricians to gain PLC programming experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• One or more years of experience in electrical work or a related technical degree

• Willingness to learn PLC programming and Allen-Bradley systems

• Commitment to safety and continuous learning
