Pay & Schedule

• $35.82/hour starting pay plus quarterly performance and attendance bonuses
• 12-hour rotating schedule with a full week off every other week (7 on / 7 off)
• Rotate between day and night shifts monthly
• Know your entire year's schedule on Day One

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical equipment
• Install and wire motors, panels, controls, and power circuits
• Perform preventive maintenance and support equipment reliability
• Learn and work with PLCs, Allen-Bradley controls, and automation systems
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout practices

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a strong electrical foundation, mechanical aptitude, and a desire to learn and grow.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of electrical experience OR a related technical degree
• Interest in industrial electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and automation
• Strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement
