Job Description

One of our manufacturing clients is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Industrial Electrician to join their team in North Aurora, IL

**Pay Rate: **$30/hr - $40/hr

**Shift: **3rd shift

Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems and manufacturing equipment

• Diagnose electrical issues involving motors, drives, control panels, sensors, and automated machinery

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment

• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation systems

• Install and maintain electrical wiring, conduit, breakers, transformers, and control systems

• Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and new machinery installations

• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation within CMMS systems

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; technical training or electrical certification preferred

• 3+ years of industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, controls, motors, and automation equipment

• Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical documentation

• Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting and industrial control systems

You should be proficient in:

• 480VAC power distribution

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) (Allen Bradley, Omron)
