Industrial Electrician

Location: Ridgeway, VA

Pay: $30–$35/hour

Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Friday or 12-Hour Day Shift

We are seeking experienced Industrial Electricians to join a stable manufacturing operation in the Ridgeway, VA area. This is a hands-on maintenance position focused heavily on electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of industrial equipment and production machinery.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems and production equipment

• Work with 480V / three-phase electrical systems

• Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, motors, servos, transformers, and control circuits

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment

• Install and replace electrical components, wiring, motors, sensors, and controls

• Assist with mechanical maintenance involving hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and related equipment

• Diagnose equipment failures and help minimize production downtime

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of industrial electrical or industrial maintenance experience preferred

• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment

• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, three-phase motors, and industrial controls

• Ability to read electrical schematics

• Mechanical troubleshooting experience is a plus

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus, but not required

• Must be comfortable completing an electrical skills assessment during the interview process
