We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Electrician to join our team in Louisville, KY, 40219. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and improving our electrical systems, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in an industrial setting.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to optimize equipment performance.
Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately and in a timely manner.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical technology.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an electrical apprenticeship preferred.
Valid electrician's license or certification in the state of Kentucky.
Proven experience as an industrial electrician, with a strong understanding of electrical systems.
Familiarity with PLCs, motors, and other industrial electrical components.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
