**Sign-On Bonus:

**$4,000 paid in increments: $1,000 after 90 days, 180 days, 270 days, and 360 daysShift Schedule: Rotating 24/7 shifts

**1st Shift:

**Sat–Fri, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (off Sat–Tue)¨NBSP;

**2nd Shift:

**Fri–Thu, 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM (off Fri)

**3rd Shift:

**Wed–Tue, 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM (off Wed–Thu)

• Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate electrical, instrumentation, PLC, drive, motor, and control systems.
  • Troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs, AC/DC drives, motors up to 4160V, 4-20mA circuits, generators, transformers, servos, VFDs, and Yokogawa DCS.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, electrical testing, conduit/wiring installation, and interpret electrical/mechanical drawings and schematics.
  • Use CMMS for work orders and spare parts, respond to equipment emergencies, support maintenance teams, and maintain safety/quality standards.

  Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong industrial electrical experience with PLCs, drives, motors, instrumentation, and control systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical/electrical drawings with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Comfortable working rotating shifts, using PPE/respirators, and working independently; must pass required skills, drug, and background checks.
