Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Electrician to join our team in Louisville, KY, 47130. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and improving our electrical systems, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
With Bonuses and OT included, you can make up to $120,000 a year. You will be assisting with a new line installation with a premier company in the Indiana area! If you have a passion for problem-solving and a strong background in industrial electrical work, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in an industrial setting.
- Diagnose electrical issues and troubleshoot problems to ensure minimal downtime.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
- Collaborate with other trades and departments to complete projects efficiently.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical technology.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an electrical apprenticeship program preferred.
- Valid electrician's license or certification in the state of Indiana.
- Proven experience as an industrial electrician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
