Aegis is partnered with a fast-growing industrial manufacturer in Itasca, IL that is hiring for a Industrial Electrician to support custom machine builds and large-scale data center projects. This is a hands-on role focused on machine wiring, control panels, and PLC wiring for new equipment builds.

The company is experiencing massive growth and has a strong, long-term project backlog, making this a stable role with consistent overtime and fast hiring decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Wire custom machinery, electrical enclosures, and control panels

• Perform PLC wiring and support automation systems

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams

• Troubleshoot motors, drives, sensors, relays, and control circuits

• Install and route conduit and wiring to specification

• Work closely with mechanical assembly and engineering teams

• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED

• 2–3+ years of experience as an Industrial Electrician

• Strong experience with machine wiring and PLC wiring

• Ability to read and troubleshoot from electrical prints

• Experience with industrial electrical systems (motors, drives, panels)

• Comfortable working overtime and being on your feet throughout the day
