Overview:

Taurus Staffing is seeking skilled Industrial Electricians for a 2 week shutdown in Hickory, NC.The ideal candidate will have expertise in various electrical systems and equipment, with the ability to work in industrial settings.

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in industrial environments

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams

- Perform electrical upgrades, renovations, and new installations

• Troubleshoot electrical issues using voltmeters and other diagnostic tools
• Must be able to terminate

- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times

- Collaborate with other team members on construction sites for efficient project completion

Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in blueprint reading for electrical layouts

- Experience in low voltage and high voltage systems

- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)

- Ability to perform frame carpentry related to electrical installations

- Familiarity with industrial electrician practices

- Strong troubleshooting skills using voltmeters

- Maintenance Person skills for general maintenance tasks
