Job Description

One of our manufacturing clients is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Industrial Electrician to support plant operations at their facility in Dundee, MI location.

**Pay Rate: **$42/hr - $44/hr

Shift: Continental

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems and production equipment

• Install and service electrical wiring, motors, control panels, drives, and PLC-controlled equipment

• Diagnose electrical issues and perform corrective actions to minimize downtime

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems and machinery

• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, electrical codes, and company safety procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• 3-6 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment

• Journeyman-level electrical certification/training preferred, or equivalent hands-on industrial electrical experience

• Strong understanding of electrical systems, controls, motors, drives, and troubleshooting techniques

• Experience reading electrical schematics and technical documentation

• Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting and automated equipment preferred
