We are hiring Industrial Electricians at our Chicago Heights, Illinois facility. Join our team and work in a challenging and exciting industry!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting and repairof theelectrical componentsfor all equipment with as minimal of downtime as possible.

  • Perform electrical preventive maintenance on all equipment as required.

  • Ensureall safeguards of equipment are installed as needed to conform to governmental regulations.

  • Collaboratewith maintenance management, lead electricians, and otherpeers to become familiar with electrical maintenance procedures and processes for all equipment supported by this position.

  • Provide customer service to other associates by way of trouble-shooting electrical issues.

  • Maintain safe and environmentally sound behavior and ensure that proper work procedures and practices are followed.

  • Comply with all safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

  • Industrial Electrical Degree and/or verifiable Vocational Education in Electrical field required.

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience with industrial electrical applications and/or education and experience combined is required.

  • State journeyman or master electrician license preferred.

  • Must have working knowledge and comprehension of state, and federal safety regulations as well as the local, state, and federal electrical code standards.

  • Must have experience working with 3 phase motors and controls.

  • Basic working exposure to PLC. (Inputs, outputs, and logic).

You should be proficient in:

  • 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems
  • Industrial Electrical Experience
