Tempel, a Worthington Steel company, is hiring an experienced Industrial Electrician to support our stamping and annealing operations. This role is 90% electrical/controls with a heavy focus on Allen Bradley PLC‑5 troubleshooting.

What You’ll Do (Core of the Job)
- Read and interpret ladder logic and electrical schematics
- Troubleshoot 480V motor control circuits, drives, and power distribution
- Diagnose and coordinate machine electrical issues and fault messages
- Test electrical/electronic components for continuity, voltage, and resistance
Equipment You’ll Work On
- Stamping presses and annealing furnaces
- AC/DC drives, VFDs, servo systems
- Overhead cranes
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- 480V motor control circuits
What You Bring
- 5+ years industrial electrical maintenance experience
- Strong Allen Bradley PLC‑5 troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read ladder logic and electrical prints
- Experience with drives, motor controls, and automation
- Comfortable in heavy manufacturing
Preferred: Rockwell legacy systems, hydraulics/pneumatics, journeyman certification.
