Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician with industrial manufacturing maintenance experience and a strong electrical and electronic background.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, HMIs, and control circuits.
• Trace power and control circuits to identify open circuits, shorts, and failed components.
• Diagnose and repair I/O and sensor issues involving switches, photoeyes, and encoders.
• Use multimeters and electrical diagrams to troubleshoot safety circuits, start/stop relays, heater contactors, and control voltage loops.
• Replace faulty relays, contactors, sensors, fuses, and other electrical components.
• Identify and correct equipment faults to minimize downtime and maintain reliable operations.

Requirements:

• Strong electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency using multimeters and interpreting electrical schematics.
• Experience with industrial control systems, HMIs, sensors, and I/O devices.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical faults independently and efficiently.
• PLC experience is a plus but not required.
