**About the Role

**

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Project Manager to oversee large-scale industrial electrical projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of managing complex industrial electrical work, strong leadership on job sites, and the stability of long-term company tenure that reflects reliability and depth of expertise.

**Compensation & Benefits

**

  • Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 annually, based on experience

  • Per Diem: $120 – $140 per day on every job, scaled by travel distance

  • Company Truck: Provided for business and job-site use

**Key Responsibilities

**

  • Lead and manage industrial electrical projects from bid through closeout, ensuring work stays on schedule and within budget.

  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and manpower plans.

  • Oversee compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and quality control requirements.

  • Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and contracts.

  • Manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.

  • Travel to job sites as required to support project oversight and team leadership.

  • Mentor and support superintendents and field staff to maintain productivity and quality standards.

**Qualifications

**

  • 15+ years of experience as an Industrial Project Manager or Superintendent.

  • Demonstrated career stability, with 3–5 years of tenure at each prior employer.

  • Strong background in industrial electrical construction (manufacturing plants, power facilities, refineries, or similar heavy industrial environments).

  • Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects and large field crews.

  • Solid understanding of NEC code, safety regulations (OSHA), and industrial construction practices.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (company truck provided).

  • Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
