Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a small crew of electricians through various industrial automation projects.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to meet project deadlines and objectives.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Train and mentor team members in electrical techniques and best practices.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel nationwide to project sites as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

• Experience running a crew

• Basic knowledge of controls systems desired; however, we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.

• Willingness to learn and grow within the industrial automation field.

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

• Willingness to travel nationwide as required for project assignments.
