**Pay: **$22-$24/HR

Shift: 3rd Shift (11pm-7am)

Location: Nashville, TN

**Job Type: **Contract to Hire

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of industrial workspaces, including machinery, floors, walls, and production areas using appropriate cleaning tools and solutions
• Conduct sanitation procedures to meet health and safety regulations, especially in pharmaceutical production or processing environments
• Maintain cleanliness of janitorial supplies and ensure all cleaning equipment is properly stored and maintained
• Assist with waste removal, recycling processes, and hazardous material handling as required
• Support heavy lifting tasks for moving supplies or equipment safely within the facility
• Follow established cleaning schedules and document completed tasks accurately
• Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the facility

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in industrial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial roles in manufacturing setting preferred
• Knowledge of sanitation practices specific to food production or manufacturing environments
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout shifts
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe workspace
• Excellent teamwork skills and reliability in following safety protocols
