Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the chrome plating department, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage and train a team of plating technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Monitor production schedules and workflow to meet customer demands and deadlines.
• Conduct regular inspections of plating processes and equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including quality control reports and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during the plating process promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in metal finishing is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in chrome plating or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of plating processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with production management software is a plus.
