Serve as the lead technical resource on 2nd shift for troubleshooting, installation, and repair of all plant electrical infrastructure, industrial controls, and automated production panels.
Interpret complex electrical schematics, blueprints, and control-circuit logic to rapidly isolate, diagnose, and resolve equipment failures under active production conditions.
Execute all electrical maintenance, rewiring, component replacements, and hardware updates in strict adherence to national (NEC) and local electrical codes.
Document daily maintenance logs, track preventative-maintenance (PM) milestones, and update electrical drawings to reflect active field changes.
Use ladders, lifts, and scaffolding to safely access and service overhead power-distribution networks and production equipment.
Maintain a pristine, organized workspace per facility sanitation, allergen-control, 5S, and safety-first manufacturing protocols.
1+ year of verifiable hands-on experience as an industrial electrician or electrical maintenance technician within an automated manufacturing or packaging environment.
High proficiency reading, interpreting, and translating three-phase power schematics, electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control-circuit logic — required.
Practical familiarity diagnosing faults across automated packaging networks, conveyor systems, VFDs, sensors, and motor control centers (MCCs).
Direct exposure to food/beverage or similarly regulated, high-hygiene production (safety, cleanliness, electrical-sealing standards).
Complete comfort working at heights (ladders, lifts, scaffolding) and around active high-voltage enclosures.
Rock-solid, dependable work history with multi-year tenures (job-hopping is a disqualifier).
Permanent residency within a 45-minute daily driving radius; US Citizen or Green Card holder (no sponsorship/relocation).
