Responsibilities

• Assemble and insulate industrial products according to specifications and blueprints.
• Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient production flow.
• Utilize hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in industrial assembly or insulation is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
