Job Overview:

As the Industrial Administrator of the plant in Elk city, OK, you will be an active part of the team responsible for the start-up of the factory and the operational start of industrial activity. Your main mission will be to ensure the proper functioning of the logistics and administrative processes linked to the supply chain, contributing to an efficient, orderly and operational excellence-oriented implementation.

You will be responsible for carrying out all operational tasks related to the supply of materials, in accordance with the established purchase conditions, and you will be in charge of the documentary and organizational management of the logistics area, including the generation of delivery notes, consignment notes, and documentation associated with the transport and receipt of goods.

Likewise, you will ensure inventory control, the correct issuance of invoices to the customer, and the administrative and operational monitoring of orders, guaranteeing the traceability and efficiency of the flow of materials.

In an environment of continuous improvement and collaboration, you will actively contribute to the optimization of processes, working in close coordination with the production, purchasing and management departments, in line with our company's culture of excellence.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

•Carry out purchase orders according to the needs of the plant, in a timely manner with the defined suppliers.

•Collaborate to improve the relationship between suppliers and the company.

•Propose new solutions, in the search for improved quality, delivery times and cost

Logistics:

•Coordination of transport with the client. Tracking orders in progress, and updating data in the management system (ERP)

•Document management of orders. Preparation of delivery notes and consignment notes for orders shipped

•Incident management

Warehouse:

•Management of warehouse inputs and outputs, physically and documentarily.

•Preparation of monthly inventories.

•Stock control.

•Propose operational improvements.

Billing:

•Issuance of invoices for orders issued.

•Management and control of orders in progress.

TRAINING

University degree or higher degree studies, in areas related to logistics, purchasing or administration. Previous experience in supply chain is an asset. Mastery of office tools, especially Excel.

Basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing.
