Job Overview:

Job Objective:
Assists the financial analysts with routine clerical, accounting, and administrative responsibilities in the management of daily reporting needs. This is a part time position working no more than 29 hours per week.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with analysts with routine reporting tasks.
  • Assist with special projects, as needed.
  • Ability to learn SAP and be able to run reports and extract data from the system.
  • Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings.

Other Job Responsibilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding administrative and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in the use and application of the following software:

Required: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

Education Requirements:

  • Preferred: Working on a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university or college or related experience.
