Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hydraulics, Pneumatics & Motion Control Applications Service Technician to join our dynamic team in Canton, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support for hydraulic, pneumatic, and motion control systems. If you have a passion for problem-solving and a knack for working with complex machinery, we want to hear from you! 80% customer sites within 1 hour of home. Company vehicle and unlimited overtime are currently available. Paid drive time and shift differential of +$4/hr while on and traveling to service calls.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and motion control systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems.
- Install new hydraulic and pneumatic systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on system operation and maintenance.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for complex technical challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in hydraulics and pneumatics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in hydraulics, pneumatics, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in servicing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record as company vehicle is provided
