**Job Title: **Hydraulic Regional Sales Manager - Northeast
Location: Remote (Candidate can reside in either one of the states that are listed in the Territory with PA being preferred).
Territory: Northeast Region, handling the following territory states: ME, NH, VT, NY, PA, MA, RI, CT, DE, NJ, NY, MD, WV, VA, NC.
**Salary: **$125,000 - $150,000 (Base Pay) + Bonus and Commission
Our Client is looking for a Hydraulic Regional Sales Manager - Northeast Region, handling the following territory states: ME, NH, VT, NY, PA, MA, RI, CT, DE, NJ, NY, MD, WV, VA, NC. RESPONSIBILITIES:Initiate and expand business development opportunities for hydraulic system componentsDrive revenue growth in the assigned territory by expanding customer base to meet or exceed individual and team sales goalsIncrease and maintain partnerships with customers to increase loyalty and strength in the marketplace to achieve and attain business benchmarksPerform market research to get customer insights and feedback on competitive products so that Company can improve upon its market positionConducts market research to identify new business opportunities, actively pursuing leads through cold calling and targeted outreachUtilize a strategic selling approach to engage with your customers, as well as, providing them with custom solutions to increase their performance goalsLog all interactions and activity using daily logs in the CRM system to ensure to meet KPIs (key performance indicators) for calls and/or in-person site visits, and other related customer activitiesRepresent the Company at industry tradeshows, build relationships with prospects and expand business opportunitiesEfficiently manage sales activities (i.e. Travel Expenses) while adhering to Company budgetary guidelinesQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree, preferred and B.A. degrees also considered. Preference given to those degrees with a technical backgroundMinimum 5 yrs. technical product sales experience with a proven track record working with distributors and OEM’sHydraulic Sales experience with a fluid power manufacturer or distributor, preferred.Ability to travel up to 60%, some overnight travel is included
