Overview

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Hydraulic Crane Operator to join our dynamic team in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will be responsible for operating hydraulic cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment on various job sites. Responsibilities

• Operate hydraulic cranes to lift and transport materials safely and efficiently.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with ground crew and other operators to coordinate lifts and movements.
• Maintain accurate records of crane operations, including load weights and job site conditions.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on cranes as needed.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding crane operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience operating hydraulic cranes in construction or industrial settings.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to crane operation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physical environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excavator Operation
• Skid Steer Operation
• Material Handler Experience
