Job Opening: HVAC/R Technician

We are seeking a dependable, customer-oriented HVAC/R Technician to perform service work on HVAC, refrigeration, and food service equipment for industrial and commercial customers.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $25.00 – $40.00 / hour (based on experience)

Core Responsibilities

• Service & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and food service systems.

• Field Operations: Use a mobile work order system to document service details accurately.

• Asset Management: Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and manage a rolling inventory of parts, tools, and refrigerant to optimize first-time repairs.

• Communication: Coordinate professionally with dispatchers, management, and commercial clients to minimize callbacks.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a commercial service or installation technician.

• Certifications: EPA certification required; valid driver’s license.

• Technical Skills: Precision brazing and soldering (welding is a plus); ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams.

• Working Style: Able to work independently under varying weather conditions and flexible, non-standard schedules.
