Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and implement effective solutions.
• Install new HVAC equipment and systems according to industry standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of service and repairs performed on HVAC systems.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid HVAC technician license and EPA certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
