We are looking for skilled and dependable HVAC Technicians to join our growing team. We are hiring both Commercial and Residential technicians who take pride in delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Position Overview

As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
• Install new heating and cooling equipment according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Perform preventative maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding system performance and recommended repairs.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience (Residential and/or Commercial).
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift equipment, work in varying weather conditions, and perform physical job duties.
