What You’ll Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on existing HVAC equipment and machinery (including AHUs, VAVs, pumps, and boilers) corresponding to CMMS work orders

• Diagnose mechanical and environmental control issues using proper inspection, testing, and monitoring techniques

• Ensure the safe, efficient operation of electronic and pneumatic environmental controls and auxiliary systems

• Inspect completed work to ensure conformance with local building and safety codes, escort subcontractors, and maintain a clean workplace

What You Need

• High school diploma or GED

• 1-5 years of commercial or institutional HVAC experience

• Active EPA 608 Universal Certification and a valid driver's license required

• Good working knowledge of HVAC-related equipment, ability to read blueprints, and foundational skills in related trades

• A self-motivated, team-player mindset with strong communication skills and a commitment to client partnership
