What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Travel to scheduled customer appointments in a company-provided vehicle.
• Inspect HVAC systems for safety, efficiency, and proper operation.
• Clearly explain repair and replacement options to customers.
• Prepare repair and replacement estimates.
• Recommend maintenance agreements when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate service records and inventory.
• Deliver the five-star customer experience our customers have come to expect.

What We're Looking For

• HVAC service experience preferred.
• Completion of an HVAC training program or apprenticeship.
• EPA Certification required.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
• Professional appearance and quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
