**HVAC/R Technician **

Family owned and operated since 1985, we are the premier service provider for HVAC, Plumbing and Boiler Services in Berks, Lehigh, Chester, Northampton, Montgomery and Bucks Counties.

**Primary Function: **

As an HVAC Tech you will be responsible for all aspects of the commercial and

industrial installation, maintenance, inspection, operation, alteration, troubleshooting & repair of HVAC systems and equipment.

**Responsibilities and Duties: **

• Inspect, repair, modify and install HVAC equipment including refrigeration and air

conditioning compressors, receivers, condensers, chillers, water cooling towers,

forced air converter units, pumps, automatic and hand valves, expansion valves

and capillary tubes

HVAC Qualifications and Skills:

*prefer 5 years experience, can be a mix of both commercial residential or industrial experience in HVAC:

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift 75+ pounds unassisted

• Ability to perform physical demands of walking, standing, climbing, stooping,

bending and kneeling

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Outstanding customer relations ability

• Daily completion of work orders

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent time management and record keeping techniques

**Equipment Used: **

• Hand and power tools

• Specialized machinery, equipment and tools utilized in the repair, installation and

maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems

• Brazing torch and welding equipment

• Heavy equipment, including forklift, and scissor lifts

• Light truck or van

Pay and Benefits:

$25-50/hour, will vary depending on years and skills
