Job Title: HVAC Technician
Location: Central Connecticut
Pay Range: $38.00 to $48.00 per hour + Performance Bonuses and SPIFFs

The Role: We are hiring an HVAC Technician who can operate independently without being micro-managed. You will be trusted to represent our brand inside customers' homes, diagnose complex issues, present upfront pricing, and execute flawless installations and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential HVAC systems.
Work extensively with advanced systems, including Heat Pumps, Mini-Splits, and Geothermal units.
Present repair and replacement options clearly and confidently to homeowners.
Ensure pristine job site cleanup and strictly adhere to safety standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Active Connecticut S2 License is strictly required.
Minimum of 5 years of dedicated residential HVAC experience.
EPA Universal Certification.
Strong independent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work without a blueprint.
High school diploma or GED, plus completion of an HVAC Trade School program.
