**Job Title: HVAC Engineer Level 1

**

**Duration:1 month (Contract to Hire)

**

**Location: 700 East Marshall Avenue Longview, TX 75601

**

**M-F 8am - 5pm

**

**Conversion Salary: $72,000/ yr

**

**

**Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:

**

• 150 miles/day across Tex/Arkana to Shreveport, LA
• Candidate will be provided with a van and all necessary tools

**Team Overview:

**

• This is independent work
• Candidate will be servicing dialysis clinics

**Resource's typical working day:

**

• Candidate will use a pre-made route based on work orders
• HVAC maintenance
• General Maintenance

**Licenses/Certifications:

**

• Universal EPA 608 License

**Must Have Skills:

**

• Commercial or residential HVAC experience
• Basic electric experience
• General maintenance experience

**Nice to have skills:

**

• Rooftop unit experience
• Basic plumbing

**Soft Skills:

**

• Highly professional attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Years of Experience:

• 1-2 years

**Education

**

H.S. diploma or GED

**Software skills:

**

Candidate will be assigned a laptop or tablet and phone
