We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our team in Fuquay, NC serving the NC Triange. As an HVAC Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients by maintaining, repairing, and installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and install HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system performance and recommendations.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC preferred.
• 5+ years of proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• EPA certification preferred.
