Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and maintain sheet metal products for HVAC systems in new construction and replacement projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Conduct inspections and tests on HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance with safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sheet Metal / HVAC Installer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and relevant codes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA 608, OSHA) are a plus.
