WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll be a trusted professional helping customers keep their homes comfortable and their systems running efficiently.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.

• Work on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.

• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.

• Identify problems and recommend effective, honest solutions.

• Educate customers about their systems and available repair or replacement options.

• Deliver outstanding customer service while building lasting relationships.

• Maintain accurate service records and follow company safety standards.

• Work collaboratively with a team committed to quality and customer satisfaction.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience servicing and repairing residential HVAC equipment.

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

• Working knowledge of heating, cooling, electrical, and mechanical systems.

• EPA certification preferred.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and commitment to doing the job right.
