What You Bring to the Team

• Licensed HVAC or HVAC/R Technician in Rhode Island
• 1+ years of field experience (more is better!)
• Hydronic heating experience
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Comfortable diagnosing and repairing residential & light commercial systems
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Strong communicator who values teamwork and customer service
• Hungry to grow your skillset and help others succeed

What You'll Be Doing:

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning & refrigeration systems
• Perform scheduled maintenance and respond to emergency calls
• Communicate effectively with team, dispatch, and customers
• Follow all company safety standards and procedures
• Keep a clean, organized vehicle and workspace

Bonus if You Have:

• EPA Certification
• Experience with ductless mini-splits, boilers, or heat pumps
• Electrical or plumbing background for potential cross-training

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $40–$50/hr depending on experience + performance incentives
