Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join a well-established company specializing in residential and commercial heating and cooling services. This is a full-time opportunity for a skilled professional who excels at diagnostics, repairs, installations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and related equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and installations of new systems.
- Troubleshoot and service all major brands of HVAC equipment.
- Communicate clearly with customers, explain repairs and recommendations, and ensure complete satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate service records, tools, and company vehicle.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, industry standards, and company procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience in residential and/or commercial settings.
- Valid EPA Section 608 Certification (Type I, II, or Universal).
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and handle varying weather conditions.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship.
Compensation
- Competitive hourly pay up to $40 per hour, based on experience.
- Generous commission structure: 10% on repairs and 5% on equipment sales. Top technicians make up to $150k/year
