Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join a well-established company specializing in residential and commercial heating and cooling services. This is a full-time opportunity for a skilled professional who excels at diagnostics, repairs, installations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and related equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and installations of new systems.
• Troubleshoot and service all major brands of HVAC equipment.
• Communicate clearly with customers, explain repairs and recommendations, and ensure complete satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service records, tools, and company vehicle.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, industry standards, and company procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience in residential and/or commercial settings.
• Valid EPA Section 608 Certification (Type I, II, or Universal).
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and handle varying weather conditions.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship.

Compensation

• Competitive hourly pay up to $40 per hour, based on experience.
• Generous commission structure: 10% on repairs and 5% on equipment sales. Top technicians make up to $150k/year
