Maintain a clean, professional appearance and treat every customer's home with respect.
Properly maintain your company vehicle, tools, equipment, and inventory.
Participate in ongoing technical, sales, and customer-service training to continually improve your skills.
Work collaboratively with the team while taking ownership of your responsibilities and results.

**2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
** Apprentices with strong technical fundamentals may also be considered.
**EPA Certification Type II or Universal required.

Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with homeowners.
Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
Coachable, team-oriented attitude with a genuine desire to grow.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and outdoor conditions.
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
